We participate in the process of creating new enterprises from their very beginning, preparing issues related to employment policy, remuneration, personnel and wage settlements, as well as "building" payroll departments. For those organizations which already operate we deliver payroll services as well as aid through audits of formal-legal issues and help to adapt companies to changing labor laws. On behalf of our clients we conduct audits of personnel-payroll which aim to validate the terms of labor laws, contracts, methods of settlement and payroll. We also assist during inspections.

To build its position in a highly competitive environment, every organization, regardless of its size, must pay close attention to costs. In some organizations labor costs can be as high as 80% of the total costs of operation. Limiting seemingly small cost items in consideration of economies of scale results in huge long term financial benefits which often allow for the creation of new positions or for the upgrading of existing ones. Our role is to analyze the labor costs incurred by a business entity and design and implement solutions aimed at improving the financial result. We also take great care that all activities of this type are in compliance with all applicable regulations.

We are working with our clients and their HR departments both in terms of soft and hard human resources. We are effective both in labor law issues and payroll rules as well as in the areas of motivation and employee engagement- both of which are very important to us. We are very proud to have our own research platform - Zmotywowani.pl. We also build remuneration systems for companies including those who send their employees to work in EU countries.

From designing methods to carrying out orders, we make sure that settlements are in line with the social and health systems in force in both countries involved. We train, prepare opinions, we make sure that our clients' development is not delayed by possible misunderstandings of rapidly changing regulations. We also deal with employees from abroad working in Poland.
